Oh, yes, I would definitely help someone who I seem worthy of my help. In the long queue to the cashier of the supermarket, I sometimes allow a shopper to get ahead of me if the items he has is just a few. But with providing financial help with the bill, I don't think it is appropriate unless the person looks to be one in extreme poverty. There are many scammers here that's why pity is not a good reason for helping strangers. That's why in my first statement, there was the term... worthy of my help.
