Somebody will rent the apartment soon. 2000 a month is expensive and I would not pay that much for an apartment no matter who use to live there. I think that this could be a good deal for someone who is familiar with the cost of the apartments in New York though.
I agree with Sidney to save money for my own home. Though it would be nice to live in NY and rent Lady GAGA's apt. for it seems to have a wonderful view. It seems reasonable for here in Hawaii on Oahu a 2 bedroom, one bath apt. goes for $1800.00 and a celebrity didn't live in it! Rent is so high locally. Lucky we have low income for Senior Citizen apts. too! Fun to know about the apt. of Lady GAGA for rent in NY!
