Assuming the call would help you save money?

There are people who for some reason are terrified of calling customer service. Maybe you are angry about poor service but just can't yell at someone on the other side of the line?

Well there's a new service you could use. It's called gethuman.

One testimonial on the site: ""I'm in love. GetHuman helped me replace my iPhone without a call or trip to the Apple Store. I would have paid 10x [more]."

But you'll have to pay between $5 and $25 for this service. Or maybe a little more.

No I don't think so. I'm quite patient anyway, so I will just try to solve my issues on my own than to hire someone to call customer service for me.

I suppose those who'd want to use this service are those who aren't willing to talk to customer service for some reason (they may hate talking to strangers on the phone) or someone who wants some issue resolved but they'd rather not call and have to wait for some time before they can talk to someone. I'd use the service for the latter.

If they can get the job done then I certainly would use their services. I do think there is a sort of skill in knowing what needs to be said or what is possible in terms of pushing the boundaries of what you can get out of a customer service call and if they really do specialize in it and are good at what they do then I think that's good enough reason for me to pay them for that service, especially considering that I will be able to save money by getting more out of whatever it is I'm demanding.

By observing the site, I think they have "inside contacts", so that your concerns would be promptly attended to ahead of all the others that came before you? I just wonder how they pirate legit specialists to repair your phone or attend to your concerns.

I am sure that won't work for me because I will have to share my vital information with that person so that they could communicate properly with customer service. I would rather do that myself even if I am not comfortable doing that or however long I have to stay on hold. No thanks, this service won't work for me.
