    I don't know if there's some 'standard set-of-rules for calculating the price you should set on items you sell' (something like '(average income of the shop's locale)-times-x%) that would 'relieve' you of the responsability; but I think the price-setters factor-in the 'how much will people pay for this'-variable (a.k.a. "demand").

    That's YOUR role in setting prices! Granted, you-personally only play a small part in the 'demand'-factor; but "the brick is NOTHING without all its grains-of-sand (and the adhesive that keeps them stuck together)!"

    So Buy only what you need! (except for that one day a week when I guess the extra-whatever (-quality, -flavor, -comfort etc.) is okay) And know that you're helping bring prices down and keep prices low!

    Any other ways we can keep the Price-Setting economical?
