I quit smoking earlier this year - it's already been a few months and I feel like I've made the best choice ever for my life. Apart for the saved money that I can now invest in cleaner/healthier hobbies I feel like my health has improved a lot. The reason I decided to quit was that I was feeling my lungs in the morning when waking up. It's scary and not a good sign when you can feel your internal organs hurt. I failed a few times then read Allan Cars book - The Easy Way, and it worked for me. Not one puff since I stopped! Did you quit, what's your story?
